
Belin Law Firm, founded in 2009, performs various legal services for entrepreneurs and businesses in numerous industries. The firmʼs varied practice reflects the versatility of its principal shareholder, Phil Belin, who has counseled businesses all over the country – from overseeing financial transactions based out of New York, to arguing labor issues in federal court in Houston, to negotiating land-use issues in rural Nebraska.
The firm is a web-based, virtual one that leverages technology to serve its clients in a cost-sensitive and efficient manner. Mr. Belin attended Princeton University, where he majored in politics and played on the basketball team, which was ranked in the AP Top 10 and twice played in the NCAA tournament. Mr. Belin obtained his law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Texas.
Mr. Belin is very active in the Omaha community. He is a member of Grace Reformed Church and a co-owner and basketball coach at Omaha Sports Academy. Mr. Belin is also a member of the board of directors of the Open Door Mission.
